Traci Hines gives you the low-down on the all new Fanplay and a little tease of what we're looking for when Daniel McRae Fanplays Lightning from Final Fantasy XII.

We know you're dusting off your cardboard Gundam costume for the upcoming con season and putting some pins in that Haruhi skirt that seems to have shrunk since last year. So break out the camera and let everyone see the work youíve done.

To get on the show, here's all you have to do:

  • Find your best pic of you in cosplay or shoot a video of yourself (Lots of light! Outside works great).
  • Visit our Fanplay submit page and fill out the form.
  • Upload your pic or video(10MB max) or include a YouTube link.
  • Make sure to include your contact info so we can get in touch with you.
  • Youíre done! Now watch AnimeTV in to see your big debut!
Remember we can only show a brief clip, so tell us who you are, how you made your outfit, and why you like the character. And, if you can work in a "Your watching AnimeTV" or "AnimeTV GO!" we would sure appreciate it.

Review: Heroic Age

Entrusted with an ancient power, a young boy named Age is sought out by a galactic fleet called the Iron Tribe led by the beautiful Dhianeila. Now it's up to him to release the mecha within and be the savior of mankind. With characters based on Greek mythology, the show is set in a futuristic universe controlled by a few races or "tribes" that possess the capabilities for interstellar travel.

Heroic Age was directed by Toshimasa Suzuki and aired in Japan in 2007. It was licensed for distribution by Funimation and was released on Bluray in February. You can even check out Heroic Age for a limited time on Hulu!
