Speech recognition software - that works! Check out this Dragon duo for the iPhone.
Speech recognition software is far from perfect. Has Dragon Dictation finally nailed it - and can Dragon Search improve your mobile browsing experience?
Review by: Annie Gaus
Version 1.1.0 | Developed by Nuance Communications | Free
PROS:
- Fast & Accurate Search
- Great User Experience
CONS:
- U.S. Only (for now)
- Difficult messaging integration
The companion app to Dictation, Dragon Search, effectively parlays the speech recognition technology into an excellent browsing experience. Speak a word, name or phrase into Dragon Search, and it gives you a host of real-time search results sorted by Wikipedia, Twitter, Youtube, Music, and Google. (Users are able to switch default search engines to Bing or Yahoo, as well.)
