PROS:
- Excellent ability to create tasks quickly and organize them on the fly
- Good prioritization of tasks and sub-categories within projects
- Easy and convenient to sort categories of tasks with tags

CONS:
- Only syncs to the desktop app via LAN
- Not accessible via the cloud
- Pricey, especially if paired with the $49 desktop app
- if you want strict adherence to "Getting Things Done" methodology, Things is not your app

PROS:

- Project management and sub-task capabilities are great

CONS:

- Too many sub-categories and statuses to cross label tasks and projects
- Seemingly impossible to go back and undo or see completed tasks

The Verdict

Changing the way you get things done is definitely a noticeable paradigm shift. There's a necessary learning curve involved in taking advantage of a good application. It's actually more work in the beginning - but the payoff should be substantial.
