Having trouble sleeping? Don't we all. Sleep Cycle for the iPhone is killing it in the App Store worldwide, but is it worth your 99 cents?
Sleep Cycle uses the accelerometer on your phone to track your movements while you sleep, thus determining how deeply you are sleeping. Once you've woken up, Sleep Cycle gives you a chart that determines what stage of sleep you've reached throughout the night. Is it 100% medically sound, or a replacement for professional sleep study? Probably not, but it's still quite accurate at tracking your movements, and interesting information for night owls and anyone interested in the science of sleep.
