Behind the scenes are operations teams in the tools of the we know that they're using scripts -- we can tell I'm not gonna say how like we have. We have -- ways that apparently telling how to do it itself. Or that being done. And and so what what's going on is that these you're using the system and they're using extra resources when they then they throw that -- the system once it -- that it's that there are it is leaves a little off kilter in the heart to readjust their things to talk about. And so what we do is we get peoples we we always give people second chance all right well we'll stop them from doing this with the limitations on it will say. Listen and often times I hate to say if these people are anti time trying to in the system -- so you'll see people that say. All I wasn't doing that or they'll come out on their blog there are users.
