How to make the perfect poached egg

Niall always gets asked what seems like a very simple question. 'How do you poach an egg?'. It's something that looks easy, but it can be so difficult when you're poaching an egg to keep the egg's shape and form. This week's tip gives you some priceless advice. You'll never ruin an egg again!

Need

- Poached Egg
- 2 Eggs
- 1tsp White wine vinegar
- Pinch salt

1. Gently bring the water to the boil
?2. When the water comes to a boil turn it down slightly and allow to simmer
?3. Swirl the water around so and drop the egg in to the center of the water
?4. gently poach for about 90 seconds.
?5. Remove the egg from the water with a slotted spoon and serve.
