New Revision3 Schedule Now Posted

December 4th, 2007 at 06:16 by Jim Louderback in Announcements

We create a lot of great programming here at Revision3 - 10 shows strong, with more to come soon. But in addition to creating great shows, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to add predictability to the mix as well.

Each of our shows comes out weekly (with some exciting daily news to come later this week), at the same time every week. But like Dr. Strangelove’s doomsday device, it’s no good delivering shows on time if you don’t tell anyone.

So I’m happy to announce that we’ve just published our show release schedule. Now you can find out exactly when your favorite show will be released each week. Sure you can subscribe. But you can also stop by and watch. Check out our schedule, and don’t miss all the great shows we produce every week.

  4. izzyb412 says:

When are we going to get an embeddable player that will play all of the most recent episodes of all the shows (or the ones you choose) on revision3?

  5. phoenixp3k says:

Do you guys get a discount from your ISP on Tuesdays? Still I love the fact that I get TRS a day early.

  6. nation says:

So infected is the blank spaces right?

  7. MannaPC says:

Wow… anyone ever heard the story of “G4TV”?

  8. crumbles says:

@nation: Each show is released based on relation to how close they are to Jim’s house. Infected was just too far away.

In a podcast / timeshift world is this kind of schedule even relevant. Why is an ‘alternative delivery method’ network trying to be like traditional television??? Also, lighten up on the ‘me too’ tech shows, I think that market is saturated.

  10. asala says:

@felixschmelix — schedules help in the podcast / timeshift model because the hardcore audience will want to consume the media as soon as possible after release. Knowing when to expect the new episodes enables that type of super-consumption.

This schedule also helps partners like us (I moderate the channel guide for TVTonic, the video podcast aggregator for Windows Media Center) because we can help promote shows around upcoming releases.

…Well, I guess I can take revision3 off my favorites list now that Infected is canceled.

  12. nextgenxbox says:

    WHERE IS INFECTED!?!?!

  13. bobodante says:

As noted, Jim, I do believe you’ve misplaced “Infected” on your new schedule. I certainly hope that’s remedied, good sir. Surely it’s a simply typographical error. Surely.

  14. DocZoidberg says:

    No Infected?
    Unacceptable.

  15. smes says:

INTERNET SUPERSTAR!!! I can’t wait for you

  16. argyle says:

Infected is not on the schedule?

Good gravy man, are you insane?

  17. darthpilatus says:

    @felixschmelix

It also helps so we know when to go to the forums to find out that this weeks Rev3 Gazette is canceled… again.

  18. yensed says:

I wish TRS would just switch to Wednesday or Thursday instead of 4PM. The shows better be release On or before these times and actually be on weekly.

  19. dynomyte says:

    Where is Infected?! NO!!
