I have to say that I was not a fan of this "ad". It was nice to see some different advertisers on Diggnation, and I realise that these advertisers wouldn't fit as well in the regular "Sponsors" segment, but this clip was waaayyyy to long, the leadup was long and pointless and it generally lowers the high standard of programming and advertisements on Revision3. The overall quality of the segment was poor at best and it makes Revision3 look money hungry. The first thing I thought when I saw this was "Oh shit, they've sold out". If I were one of these advertisers I would definitely consider this a failed experiment and move my advertising dollars elsewhere. I appreciate Revision3 trying new advertising methods in what is a largely unexplored market, but I for one won't hesitate to skip past any future "dream sequences" or similar segments.
