Revision3′s Stunning New Website Re-veiled

January 16th, 2008 at 05:05 by Jim Louderback in Announcements

You may have have noticed some changes today on Revision3.com. We have our brand new site designed and ready to go, but unfortunately we have run into some problems that directly affect the performance of the site. Judging by the comments on our forum and on digg.com, we know you’ve noticed as well.

As opposed to having an unstable website experience for you to use, we’ve decided to pull the new site down so we can work to isolate the issues and we’ll redeploy the site when we’re confident the issues are resolved.

We thank you for your patience and please ask that you continue to be patient. After getting a sneak peek today, we’re sure you’ll agree with us that when the new site does go live, it will be worth it.

thanks.

Watch Web Drifter on CNN

CNN’s ‘News To Me’ did a great job covering Web Drifter and highlighting Martin Sargent. Check it out, it’s awesome!

Web Drifter on CNN

Martin Sargent on CNN

What do Bill Clinton, George Clooney, Angelina Jolie and Martin Sargent have in common? Besides the fact that we’re all wildly talented and very much in demand, we’ve all been interviewed on CNN. That’s right, this Saturday and Sunday, 1/12 and 1/13, at 12:30pm and 5:30pm ET, you can watch me being interviewed on the CNN Headline News program ‘News To Me.’

The interview will take place as I stand in a remote desert location, buzzards circling my head, my sun-beaten body about to crumple over from severe heat stroke, on my way to another Web Drifting target. And the interview is, in fact, about Web Drifter. In the words of the CNN show page: ‘Ever wonder what would it be like to crawl right though your monitor and come face to face with the people you see online? Meet a man who makes it his life’s work. He is “The Web Drifter.”’

So I hope you have a chance to watch the interview. Just as we take you ‘behind the website’ on every episode of Web Drifter, now CNN takes you ‘behind Web Drifter.’

And if you’ve never given an episode of Web Drifter a look, take a chance. I promise you’ll get a kick out of it.

Thanks for watching.

Happy New Year – Revision3 Announces Record 2007!

January 2nd, 2008 at 03:01 by Jim Louderback in Announcements

A big happy new year to all of our Revision3 fans and our friends. We had a great year in 2007, we launched a whole slate of new shows, and saw our viewership grow exponentially. For details on our amazing 2007 growth, check out this story, along with the full press release we just distributed.

2008 is going to be even better! We have a ton of new things in the works; everything from brand new shows to more daily segments, improvements to our website, and a few, well, surprises!

But those will have to wait until later. For now, let me thank everyone who has supported Revision3 over the past months, and let me thank you in advance for your support in 2008. Oh, and if you’re going to be in Las Vegas next week, look for me, Patrick Norton and our newest employee, Roger Chang. We’ll be covering the CES show like a glove!

Thanks again to everyone at Revision3 for all the hard work, and thanks to you for watching, reading and sharing our shows. 2008 is going to be great!
