San Francisco based Revision3, the leader in online television, is looking for the next web superstars to host our shows. Talented Bay Area men and women who would appeal to our core 18-35 year old demographic are encouraged to come to an open casting call on Saturday, October 4, from 11am to 1pm, at our state of the art studio in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco.
We are looking for a broad range of show hosts for programming focusing on a wide range of topics such as music, technology, sports, news and video games.

I don’t live in the bay area, but I would totally move out there for a job. I have internet television experience, too, both on cam and behind the scenes.

michebel: interesting, but kevin and alex were both on tv before and could be considered actors in a sense. I think this is a good way to get talent. I’d go, but I’m flying to socal this weekend. Sheesh, couldn’t they have done it this past weekend or the next one? Oh well.
I’m humongous on technology and news, and I’d love to attend the casting call, though your choice of wording “… Bay Area men and women who would appeal to our core 18-35 year old demographic are encouraged to come” suggests that you would automatically exclude anyone over the age of 49, and probably quite a bit lower. Should I show up like everyone else or just set up a picket line against age discrimination at the try-outs?
No experience in front of a camera but I’ll be there. I’ve got no job currently and would love to be involved in something I believe in for once.
Omg, i so wish i lived in SF, stupid ocean! i live in the UK. It is like my dream to work at R3. I may have to start an Revision3 in the UK. hmmm…
I would love to be there, but I will be on a float in the middle of LoveFest as I would imagine alot of talented Bay Area men and women will be. You should consider adding another session.
Define appealing and is there an age preference? It would be sweet to see the reels…could you show them later and let the audience pick?
