It’s been wildly requested by our audience and insanely useful now that we have it in place: Search functionality for Revision3.com!
We’ve got some cutting edge technology in place that allows us to index both our site’s content as well as the content within the show’s episodes! So if you’re looking for that review of Crysis on The Totally Rad Show? Just type in “Crysis” in the search box on the top of the page, and boom! You get every mention of “Crysis” on our shows. You can filter by shows to find your exact result, and when you pick the episode you want. We’ve also indexed all of our forum content, so if you’re looking for something specific from a flame war a few months ago, now you can find it!
This is the first step of a greater build out of our search functionality, and as 2009 progresses, we’re going to be rolling out even more great functionality around this search engine, which will enhance the ability to find exactly the information you’re looking for within seconds! Yep, that was a configuration problem on our end - you’re only supposed to see that when hitting revision3.com/search directly - this helps search engines index our pages better.
We also had a problem where hitting any search page was logging you out under firefox and IE - but I’m happy to report that’s just been fixed.

To bad you are missing so much content. I searched for “creating a landscape from scratch” and got this as my result: http://revision3.com/ifanboy/brianmichaelbendis. What does that have to do with creating a landscape from scratch? I was hoping for a Burt Monroy episode, but….oh yeah, you dumped him. Guess there’s no reason for me to come back here then.
