PS Vita Hill Social Club + Revision3 Meetup!

January 24th, 2012 at 04:50 by Jackie Talbott in Announcements, Live Events

Want to have some quality time with the Sony PlayStation Vita before it’s even out? Want to hang out with your favorite Revision3 show hosts from Destructoid, Tekzilla, New Challenger, and AppJudgment? Well get ready, San Francisco!

On Friday, February 3rd, all your trusted Rev3 video game connoisseurs will be gathered at the Sony PS Vita Hill Social Club to get some serious, hands on gameplay and talk all things gaming with you.

From the PlayStation website, “Vita Hill is a series of eight Social Clubs designed for gamers, created by PlayStation® and opened in January 2012 for a limited amount of time. These clubs also happen to be the only place in the United States where you can just walk in and get handed a PlayStation®Vita to play.” Sounds pretty great, right?!

Along with that, The Destructoid Show will be streaming their Friday live show straight from the event at 4PM PST! For those of you who can’t make it with us, you can watch all the shenanigans with Max and Tara on Revision3.com/Watch or YouTube.com/Dtoid.

This event and meetup is open to anyone and everyone, so bring all your friends! We’ll be getting started around 3PM and can’t wait to see all your faces there. RSVP now to let us know you’re coming!

Where: 1694 Union Street (at Gough) – view map
When: 3:00PM PST – 7:00PM PST, Livestream at 4:00PM PST

Revision3 at IFA

August 30th, 2011 at 08:00 by Jim Louderback in Live Events, Shows

Revision3 at IFANever heard of IFA? It’s OK, most of the US hasn’t. But in Europe, IFA is bigger than our own Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and it runs for nearly a week over Labor Day weekend.

This year, Revision3 is descending on IFA in force. Make sure to tune in at revision3.com/ifa from August 30 – September 3 for regular video updates about new products, services and other geeky happenings at IFA and around Berlin.

Join Jon Rettinger (Jon4Lakers, TechnoBuffalo), Cali Lewis (GeekBeatTV) and Mark Watson (Soldier Knows Best) for updates on all the great new product introductions, tech announcements and much more.

And make sure to watch the shows live on Thursday, September 1 at 2pm/EST on the TechnoBuffalo YouTube channel, and on Friday, September 2 at 10am/EST on GeekBeatTV’s YouTube channel for a roundtable discussion plus a look at the hottest new gadgets, gear and gizmos!

Finally, if you’re heading to IFA, please join us for a meet-up on Friday, Sept. 2nd at 7:30pm, with:

Cali Lewis and John Pozadzides of GeekBeat.TV
Jon Rettinger of TechnoBuffalo
Mark Watson of Soldier Knows Best
