If you’re into video games, then there’s a pretty good chance that you’ll be attending the Penny Arcade Expo (also known as PAX) in Seattle, Washington this coming weekend. PAX has only been around for a few years, but has quickly grown to be one of the premiere video game events, a must attend for gamers, developers and fans alike.
Of course it wouldn’t really be a complete event without some representation from Revision3’s awesome shows that cover video games, right? We’re pleased to announce that if you’re going to PAX, you will have THREE chances to see the guys from CO-OP and The Totally Rad Show! Here’s the breakdown of Revision3 events at PAX.
CO-OP & Totally Rad Show Meetup

Live Taping of CO-OP at PAX
When: Friday, September 4 - 5:30 PM
Where: Raven Theatre
Learn how to make your own video podcast! Area 5 Media, formed after the breakup of 1UP’s video department, has a new, online show in the vein of The 1UP Show. CO-OP, currently available on iTunes and on the Revision3 website is the spiritual successor to The 1UP Show and features many of the same cast of characters. This panel will be a “live recording” of a special, PAX episode of CO-OP featuring YOU! Area 5 believes that every gamer has a brain and that the domain of game criticism shouldn’t be restricted just to those lucky enough to have it as their job. Two game chats will be shot in the same style as they are featured on CO-OP and will consist of two members of the Area 5 team (or guests) and at least one member from the CO-OP community. There will then be a demonstration of video-capture and editing processes followed by a Q&A session where anyone can ask questions either about the technicalities of creating a video podcast or about Area 5 and CO-OP.
Totally Rad Show Podcast and Q&A
When: Saturday, September 5th - Noon
Where: Wolfman Theatre
The Totally Rad Show: Live - Hosts Alex Albrecht (Diggnation), Dan Trachtenberg, and Jeff Cannata bring their Webby and Podcast Award winning geek culture show back to PAX, this time for a live performance. Join the guys for an explosion of movie, video game, TV, and comic book news and reviews, and see what makes this Revision3 show such an Internet phenomenon.

In less than one week Diggnation will be rolling into Sin City for the first Diggnation in Las Vegas in front of a live audience. And we want YOU to be in the audience for this one, because it’s going to be blast as we welcome actor and Twitter celebrity ASHTON KUTCHER for a guest appearance on the couch. Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht will be sharing a drink with Ashton Kutcher as they discuss the top stories from Digg.com, LIVE at the PALMS in Las Vegas.

It’s that time of year again and the juggernaut that is the San Diego Comic Con is upon us this week. If you’re a fan of movies, comic books, video games or television, then you definitely want to go to the San Diego Comic Con. If you can’t make it to San Diego this year, don’t worry as Revision3 will be there in force with the Totally Rad Show and iFanboy heading down to the con and cover it like only they can. The first week of June is gearing up to be a big one for Revision3 as we span from coast to coast with exciting events and coverage for you. Whether you’re in Los Angeles for the celebration of video games at E3 or in New York City for Internet Week, Revision3 has some cool events and appearances lined up for you. If you’re not in LA or NYC, you can still take part in the fun from home with our coverage and episode releases. Here’s the rundown of what’s going on in June:
E3 - This is the mega huge video game expo in LA where all the latest and greatest from the video game world is presented and demoed. Of course Revision3 is there in spades with CO-OP and the Totally Rad Show on hand to cover the event. With both shows covering the event, we could not contain the amount of awesomeness going on, so we created a one stop spot for everything E3 at Revision3, or “RevisionE3″ as we like to call it. Just head over to revision3.com/e3 and you can tune in to the LIVE stream featuring the TRS guys AND the CO-OP team live from the show floor - June 2nd, 3rd and 4th at 7 PM Eastern / 4 PM Pacific. Diggnation in NYC - Last year’s live Diggnation in New York City was a sold out event and was insane. This year, we return to New York City with our friends from Digg to host Diggnation LIVE and host a Digg Meetup at a bigger venue: Webster Hall in Manhattan. If you live in the New York Metro area, you’re not going want to miss this as it’s looking to be one of the biggest live Diggnations ever!
