See? Patience does really pay off!
Revision3 iPad App
As of today, Revision3′s new iPad app is officially in iTunes. Designed specifically for the iPad, the Revision3 app takes advantage of many of the iPad’s advanced features, and (of course) its gorgeous screen for playback.
The new iPad app quickly allows you to navigate to your favorite shows, staff picks or the latest episodes of all of our shows. Oh, not sure what to watch? No worries, just select the “featured episodes” tab at the bottom of the app. Look for improvements coming in the next few weeks to add “watch later,” and dozens of other features.
So get your little digital legs over to the iTunes store, download it, and take Tekzilla, Film Riot, The Totally Rad Show, and all the rest of your Revision3 favorites with you wherever you go…

Fragmentation? What fragmentation?
With today’s release of our Revision3 Android App (version 1.1.2), we’ve successfully used the Android SDKs (out of the box, no special tweaking, we promise) to create a single Android application that runs across:
Android mobile devices, versions 2.x and higher
Android tablet devices, versions 3.x and higher
GoogleTV running Android 3.x and higher
Google TV 2.0
The experience across all devices is optimized for the specific device: everything from thumbnails to the resolution of the video is optimized to the size, shape, user input device (finger, mouse or remote control) and bandwidth of the device that is running the application. Now that Logitech has released its gTV 2.0 update for the Revue this week, the Revision3 app is downloadable from the gTV Android Market – try it out, it looks gorgeous.

We’re rolling out a native Amazon Kindle Fire App.
I’m excited to announce that as of today, Revision3 is embracing Amazon’s new Kindle tablet and platform in a huge way. We’ve rolled out a spiffy new Revision3 app that looks and works great on the native Kindle Fire.
We’ve been incredibly impressed with Amazon’s new Kindle. Sure, the $200 cost is great, but with a real 16×9 great looking screen, the Fire offers the ultimate media consumption device for Revision3′s viewers.
Here at Revision3, our viewers have been adamant about wanting to watch our great content on every device from the smallest smart phone to the biggest smart TV. We’ve been working hard to make apps look and work great on Apple’s IOS, Android phones and tablets, smart TVs from Samsung, LG, Vizio and more – and now Amazon’s breakthrough Kindle Fire.
Ultimately, we don’t want to limit our viewers to a specific or narrow set of devices. Amazon’s new Kindle Fire offers a great solution for many viewers – and we’re proud to be an integral partner at launch! So if you have a Fire, download our app and enjoy your favorite Revision3 shows on this great new device. But even if you don’t, rest assured that we’re committed to bringing you our content on whatever device you love.

Just as we’ve allowed you to watch great content sitting on your own couch with the Revision3 leanback applications for GoogleTV, Windows Media Center, Yahoo! Connected TV, Roku and Boxee, as well as in Planes, Trains and Automobiles (well, maybe not automobiles please) with our iPhone and Android apps, Revision3 is way-thrilled to announce our participation with the Google Chrome app store.
We have developed a new experience for enabling viewing through the Revision3 Chrome Application, through which you can now enjoy Revision3 programming on devices certified for Google’s Chrome browser and OS. The Revision3 Chrome interface makes finding content simple as it sorts shows by name, category, featured content and most recent episodes. Viewers are also able to manually search for their favorite episodes and view new content.
Want to try the sucker out? Search for Revision3 in the Google Chrome app store from within the chrome browser, or just point your chrome browser right here.
Share and enjoy!
