well that is actually the point of the system. that the not good ideas will be lost in the vastness of purposed ideas and the good ones will rise up.

But with the system the way it is now good ideas are being buried with a flood of new ideas. This would be coupled with a way to delete tasks that are bad, that way it all works smoothly.

Yes this is very good, also some kind of filter which means there are not hundreds of the same suggestion. For example a lot of people at the moment are voting on where you should live, however there are many people suggesting the same places and so the votes are being spread out a lot. Some kind of moderation and filter would be good
