We know directly from Ubisoft that a new Assassin's Creed is planned for the company's fiscal year 2014, which starts on April 1, 2013. And now, thanks to some marketing materials shared with Kotaku, we seemingly have confirmation of the rumored pirate setting. (Jordan Devore)

Speaking to several members of the press at an event in London organized by Konami, designer Hideo Kojima revealed that his upcoming entry into the Metal Gear Solid franchise, Ground Zeroes, is going to be taking a lot of risks content-wise -- so much so that that he's not even sure if he'll be able to release the game.
