Get Fhat Flag in Assassin's Creed III Limited Edition

Ubisoft wants you to "declare your independence" with an Assassin's Creed III Limited Edition pre-order this Independence Day week, and the whole tie-in works as this edition includes an American flag. Namco Bandai Announces Ni no Kuni Special Edition

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch - Wizard's Edition includes a 300+ page book, a plush doll, and two exclusive DLC characters that will fight beside you in the game. Well, I'm sold! It's available in Africa, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Asia ... and also North America, though it took Namco Bandai until now to kindly mention that fact. (Allistair Pinsof)

Review: Spelunky (XBLA)

To be frank, Spelunky could have been halfheartedly released on Xbox Live Arcade with only the most basic of features included, and I would have likely adored it. Instead, this version adds a new soundtrack, a fresh art style, support for cooperative play, and a ridiculous deathmatch mode, among other things. It's as refreshing a game now as it was back then. Sony Acquiring Gaikai, Plans New Cloud Streaming Service

Big news tonight as Sony Computer Entertainment has announced their impending acquisition of the cloud-based gaming start-up, Gaikai. The announcement comes two weeks after rumors began circulating that Gaikai was seeking a buyer and a press release states the price of the acquisition at roughly $380 million. Unsurprisingly, Sony plans to utilize Gaikai's resources and experience in the development of a new cloud gaming service. (Conrad Zimmerman)
