As if Friday wasn't already awesome enough, today we discovered there's BEARS in Far Cry 3. BEARS! There's also a pretty advanced weapon crafting system in Dead Space 3, an enjoyable multiplayer mode in XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and a Mega Man iOS RPG coming this fall to prove, once and for all, that Capcom hates its fans.

It seems that cloud gaming service OnLive has been having a rough day. It all started with a Tweet from InXile Entertainment CEO Brian Fargo which, based on an email he had received from an OnLive employee, suggested that the company would be closed as of today. (Jordan Devore)
Originally, I thought that the weapon crafting system in Dead Space 3 was going to just be a case of slapping two guns together to make a new weapon. It's actually far more advanced than that, as there's a deep level of customizing going on here. (Hamza Aziz)
Here's a new trailer for Far Cry 3, giving us a deeper look at the characters available in co-op. Those expecting their fix of lush jungles and that weird man talking about insanity will be disappointed. This is pretty dark and gritty compared to the usual vids. (Jim Sterling)
The latest episode of GameTrailers TV is focused on Valve, and just like that, we finally have news about -- no, not Half-Life 3 -- rather, that mysterious Big Picture mode for Steam. Next month, "you'll be able to hop into a beta, click a button, and see Steam reformatted for your TV and usable with a PC game controller or a mouse and keyboard, if you want to play that way," revealed Valve's Greg Coomer. Capcom has finally announced its software plans for Mega Man's 25th anniversary. Rockman Xover (read "Rockman Crossover") gathers heroes and villains from across the franchise's myriad sub-series for an RPG adventure. ... Oh, and it's for iOS devices. And it's "social." (Tony Ponce)
