We're back with another live show! Today we've got news on a bunch of a big sequels, some new trailers from Max Payne 3 and Serious Sam 3, and a whole lot more. This is episode 232 of the Destructoid Show.
The latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine is going to hit stands in the UK with all the force of a nuclear warhead, delivered from any point on the globe using some kind of bi-pedal tank. Their cover story is none other than Hideo Kojima, who gives an interview containing thoughts on Metal Gear Solid: Rising as well as the future of the series in Metal Gear Solid 5. (Conrad Zimmerman)
The latest issue of EDGE magazine brings word that Guerrilla Games is hard at work on a brand new chapter of the Killzone series , which is not yet being called Killzone 4. Series producer Steven Ter Heide is said to be on board as director this time around. (Jim Sterling)
It's not quite confirmation of a Bully 2, but this bit from Rockstar's Dan Houser in a Gamasutra interview does give us hope. While responding to a question on why Max Payne 3 is returning now, Houser brings up the Bully franchise. (Dale North)
Remember when Croteam's Serious Sam 3: BFE was hit with a delay? I know, we all cried a little inside at the fact that we wouldn't be able to rip out the eyes of Sam's enemies with nothing but our bare hands, or get to touch Sam's wide arsenal of weapons as soon as we had hoped. (Harry Monogenis)
The video tells you how Rockstar is using animation to enhance the gameplay, and how it's made the targeting work in a fluid manner. I have to say, whatever they're doing, it seems to be working. Just check it out, and get yourselves excited! (Jim Sterling)
Those of you in search of legendary loot will have to continue waiting patiently. Though Torchlight II was promised as coming out by the end of this year, Runic Games has confirmed this is no longer the case. (Jordan Devore)
You may remember a while ago, Bethesda set up a contest offering a lifetime supply of Bethesda games to any parents cruel enough to name their child Dovahkiin (that's dragon speak for "Dragonborn"). Well, a pair of bastards actually went through with it, and Bethesda made good on its promise. (Jim Sterling)
