Happy Wednesday folks! Star Wars: The Old Republic has officially launched, and the unwashed masses are finally able to get their hands on it. So we asked our cadre of Office Chat heroes to let us know how they're enjoying the game. Plus, PS Vita's battery life is put to the test, Skyrim is #1 in sales, and way more.

It's Square Enix meets Disney again, now with new worlds, new gameplay elements, new enemies and allies, and fancy pants 3D visuals. In it you'll be able to play as either of the series' top protagonists, Riku or Sora. This is a key chapter for the franchise, and director Tetsuya Nomura said he wanted it on the 3DS to "discover new realms of possibility." (Dale North)
Pre-order DLC for Battlefield 3 like that of the "Physical Warfare" pack caused mass outrage among fans and prompted a boycott of DICE's military shooter due to the fact that customers had to choose between either getting the Back to Karkand map pack or several exclusive weapons and attachments. The only way to have both was to have pre-ordered Battlefield 3 twice, basically meaning that whichever way you look at it, everyone would be missing out on something. (Harry Monogenis)
Those looking forward to a fight between the 3DS and PlayStation Vita can pack up and go home, because the war is already won. The latest news is that the Vita's battery life is superior to the 3DS', able to get more juice at its maximum settings than Nintendo's handheld. Nintendo is DOOMED!(Jim Sterling)
As ever, the Destructoid staff is hard at work in our virtual office. See some of them here having a riveting discussion about how Star Wars: The Old Republic is getting on. Join me, Jim Sterling, Jordan Devore and Jonathan Ross as we talk about what's working and what isn't in BioWare's new MMO. Plus, I get an excuse to ramble about playing with toy soldiers as we marvel over another custom toy creation. (Conrad Zimmerman)
