THQ filed for bankruptcy today, The War Z got removed from Steam less than 24 hours after its debut amid rumors of fraud, and EA seems keen to crank up the DRM for SimCity. THQ has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with stalking-horse bidder Clearlake Capital Group "to acquire substantially all of the assets of THQ's operating business, including THQ's four owned studios and games in development," it was announced today in a press release.
