3) When it comes to social media, do you think that many companies and brands put too much stock in venues such as Twitter or Facebook? If either of those services make a broad change, casual users could lose interest and stop communication. How can companies and brands still effectively communicate without overly relying on services outside their control?
4) Guy, Apple has become a very different company than it was when you were with it in its infancy. Do you think that the dominance the company now has in music and smart phone spaces make it better or worse for consumers and Apple fans in the long run?
