We have a couple of classic sweet dished on the show today with some delicious and mouthwatering blondies and a rich and thick milkshake that has to be tasted to be believed! These recipes are perfect for a late night snack for those of you with a sweet tooth. They are also great recipes to get the kids involved with as they are easy to prepare and totally delicious!

Blondies

We make Blondies, a gorgeous mix of cookies and brownies, which are absolutley gorgeous and so easy to prepare!

Sumptous chocolate blondies

  • 1 stick butter or margarine (4 ounces), room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup (about 8 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

    • 1. Cream together the butter and brown sugar
    2. Beat in egg
    3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
    4. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
    5. Add the grease proof paper to the baking tray
    6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. These brown very quickly, so be sure to start checking at the 20 minute mark.

Oreo Milkshake

Nothing goes better with blondies than an oreo milkshake!

Oreo Milkshake

1 Pink milk

3 Spoons of vanilla ice cream

4 Oreo cookies

1 Vanilla Pod

1 Banana

Handful of Walnuts

Blitz everything together until smooth

Add any additional ingredients that you might want to add.
