Chicken Caesar Rolls with homemade coleslaw
Niall had some leftover caesar salad ingredients from lunch, so he decided to make an even tastier meal for dinner with these Chicken caesar rolls! Gorgeous chicken, salad and rich sauces, all in a crusty bap. Cooking healthy just got way tastier!
Chicken Caesar Rolls with homemade coleslaw
4 Crispy bread rolls
4 Tsp Mayo
1 Lemon
1 clove garlic
2 Chicken Breasts
Parmesan cheese
2 Heads Cos Salad2 Tsp Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
2 Carrots
1 Green Cabbage
1.Slice the bread rolls in half
2.Make the sauce by adding the mayo, lemon juice and crushed garlic to a bowl
3.Using a peeler cut the parmesan in to long strips
4.Prepare the salad by removing the core and the outer leaves
5.Grate the carrot and cabbage and add to a bowl with salt and pepper a couple of spoons of mayo.
6.Cut the chicken to make it more flat and drizzle with a little oil and some salt.
7.Grill the chicken on both sides until cooked.
8.Assemble the burgers
