Another quick tip now, this time its a really tasty way to prepare peppers. Use these on pizzas or even in a quick salad!
How to Roast a capsicum or red pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Tsp oil
Salt
1.Place the capsicum on an oven tray with a drizzle of oil and sprinkled with salt
2.Place the tray in the oven at 400f/220c for about 20 minutes until the skin starts to bleed.
3.Remove from the oven and place in a bowl and cover with cling film.
4.Remove from the bowl, peel away the skin and pips and serve as desired.
