Another week and another fantastic episode of Food Mob. This week we've gone Mexican with Niall's famous Chicken Fajitas recipe.

Fabulous Fajitas

Who doesn't love Mexican food? Or Tex-Mex as was correctly pointed out to Rob earlier. Niall has decided to share his favorite Spicy chicken fajitas recipe for everyone to give a go. It's so simple, yet so tasty!

Fajitas

2 chicken breasts
8 tortillas
1 tbsp of cajun
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 red peppers
1 red onion
salt and pepper

1. Chop chicken into strips.
2. Chop red onion and peppers.
3. Sprinkle Spices over food and fry until chicken is cooked.
4. Put helping in tortilla and fold.

Salsa

What better way to complement your fajitas, than to have a dollop (yes, that is a measurement) of zingy salsa to dip it in. Try this recipe on for size!

5 tomatoes
1 lime
1 red pepper
Handful of coriander (cilantro)
1 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper

Vanilla Lemon Sugar

Niall's tip for the week this week is an unusual one. But an amazing one all the same. For those of you that like the unexpected, try this tip and never use ordinary sugar again.
