The Perfect Burger

It's hard to find a good burger. Theres's the crappy ones that you buy in fast food joints. Tasty (sometimes), but always unhealthy. What about the frozen ones? Nah...We dare you to try and cook a tastier burger than the one we're about to show you.

Burger

2 Pounds Ground Beef
Salt
Black pepper
Block Cheddar cheese
4 cheddar cheese slices
4 Tsp Mayo
4 Tsp Ketchup
1 Head Cos Salad
4 Slices Thick Bacon
4 Soft Bread rolls

1.Mince the beed with the salt, pepper and grated cheese.
2.Shape in to burger shaped patties
3.Cook the burgers for 4 minutes on each side in the griddle pan
4.Cook the bacon alongside the burgers
5.Melt the sliced cheese over the burgers.
6.Cut the bread rolls in half and warm the baps in the grill pan.
7.Max the sauce by combining the Mayo, Ketchup and black pepper
8. Assemble the burger and enjoy pure goodness

Deep Fried Mars Bar

Here's one that many people never get to try, and we're going to show you how to do it for yourself. One of the coolest tips that we've done yet - deep frying a mars bar. This is one that's going to really impress your friends!

1 Mars Bar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup cornflour

1.Make the batter by mixing the eggs, flour, milk and cornflour together.
2.Dust the mars bar in flour before placing in to the batter
3.Fry the mars bar at 180C/360F for 1 Minute
4.Serve immediately
