Succulent Fillet Steaks
It's always hard to get your steak looking and tasting like you get them in a restaurant, isn't it? Niall is going to use his professional experience to give you the ultimate steak recipe complete with marinade tips, medium rare suggestions, the perfect salad and possibly the best wedges that my taste buds have ever laid...buds on? Can you say that?
Wedges
4 Large potatoes
2 tsp olive oil
tsp chili powder
tsp cajun seasoning
salt and pepper
1. Cut potatoes into decent sized wedges
2. Season with chili powder, cajun seasoning and salt and pepper
3. Drizzle in olive oil br>
4. Cook in oven for 40 minutes at 200C/400F until golden brown and crispy.
Steaks
2 fillet steaks - 200g
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1tbsp oil
Rocket Salad 200g
Baby Spinach 100g
salt, pepper, oil, lemon and parmesan for dressing
1. Marinade steaks in salt, pepper and olive oil
2. Make sure the pan is smoking hot
3. Cook each side for 3 mins
4. Serve with Rocket salad
5. Use salt, pepper, oil and some parmesan chunks for dressing.
