Scrambled Eggs
I don't know about you, but I'm very regularly disappointed with the scrambled eggs that I'm served in restaurants, cafes and hotels. SO much so, that I've decided to give you some tips on how to show these guys how it's done :-)
- 6 Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
1. Whip the eggs together with a little butter and milk.
2. Cook the eggs for 90 seconds pulling them on an off the heat.
3. Season with salt when ready.
