If you are like me and have an attention span of 1 sec and find yourself annoyed that long forum discussions are split up into pages and don't want to wait for the loooooong thread to load all at once. I've got a greasemonkey script that I can't live without!(kinda..)

It's called "Endless vBulletin Forum Pages" and works on forums using the vbulletin engine(like this forum..). When you are in a multi page thread and you scroll down the the bottom of the forum page firefox will automatically load the next page and insert it directly into page you are on without a page refresh. Are you with me? If not, try it out. It's really really cool(no really!). Here's what you need:

1. Firefox
2. Greasemonkey extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/748/)
3. Endless vBulletin Forum Pages Script (Endless vBulletin Forum Pages)

When you got 1. and 2. go the link in 3. and right click on the big "Endless vBulletin Forum Pages" link and choose install script. Then rigt click on the greasemonkey icon(the monkey icon down on the right in firefox, daah..) and choose "Manage User Scripts" and select "Endless vBulletin..." and add to the to the included pages this: http://*/showthread.php*

Now try it out on any multi-page thread like this (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106) one.. Also works on every vbulletin forum I've tried it on like lost-forum.com and forum.notebookreview.com

In short: Install the endless vbulletin forum pages script

That is really cool. I have never understood the page splits on websites. Especially quick loading text ones like forums. Makes no sense.

I think the scrolling bothers some. I have to try this though.

I don't seem to be bothered with too many things on forums. I might give it a try anyways cause thats how I am.

you do know that you can change the number of posts per page in your UserCP don't you?

That will eliminate most paged threads

Sometimes the pages are nice though, for instance, threads with lots of pictures or if someone posts an auto-play swf file. its nice to be able to leave some things behind

I know that you can change the number of posts. But then it takes longer time to open the first page. With the script you can quickly open a thread and start reading directly and just scroll to the end.

Couldn't agree more.
