I use a G5 iMac with 1.5 gig ram and sometimes it gets really loud for extended periods of time when various programs are running. I expect this when I am playing World of Warcraft, but do you all think this is normal when running iChat, Safari, iTunes combination?

Well it could be because you are running iTunes at the same time, and if you are downloading something in iTunes and chatting and being on Revision3 then that could be because of the programs using your memory. If that isn't the case then it might be because you are just using too many programs at once. Hope I could help.
