So, two episodes are out now, and I've gotta say, this show came from nowhere but I love it. The storyline, especially from the second episode, is about redemption and second chances, both for the city of New Orleans and for the main characters. The two cops are analogues for the city itself, and as we see them grow, we will see it grow as well. I can't say enough good stuff about this show, it's my sleeper hit of the season so far. What do you guys think?

I haven't seen it yet but I've heard good things. Perhaps I'll catch it.

I like Cole Houser (SP) he does good work. The other guy can't stand. That would stop me from watching the show.

Uh, this looked like a piece of shit, I may check it out at a later date.
I've been watching it because of its airing time is after prison break. It hasn't really made a huge impression yet, but it might grow into something cool. I thought it was sort of tacky, but we will see.
I also like Cole Hauser, Anthony Anderson has always been annoying to me. I'll keep watching though...as long as I'm watching Prison Break nad have nothing better to do...

I love this show , but I fear its headed for the graveyard. I guarentee Its numbers dropped drastically from week 1 to week 2 when it went against Heroes. I watched K-ville cause as a lifelong Comic reader Heroes doesn't interest me. It is nothing more than recycling old comic stories that 90% of america never read onto a bigger audience. Which means for 10% of us this is just a boring retread.
I applaud K-ville for giving us a look at the post Katrina N'Lins and the efforts that must be hellacious to fight the crazy crime and murder rate down there

I downloaded the free episode from iTunes and haven't gotten to it. Didn't have any expectations for this, but glad to hear it might be somewhat worthwhile.

At first they do beat you over the head with the Katrina ripped up the city and stuff but thats just to lay backdrop to a pretty cool new take on a cop show. Its odd that Fox finally pulled something like this off.

I'm liking the show so far. Anthony Anderson's character is pretty cool, compared to a lot of the standard roles he tends to play. I'm not convinced I'm going to stick with the show, because I'm just not that big on cop shows these days, but so far so good.
