When can we subscribe via iTunes?

You can always add it manually ...
Open iTunes.
Go to "Advanced | Subscribe to Podcast" menu item.
To find the right URL, you need to pick the correct feed.
Go to http://revision3.com/rev3gazette, and select the feed you are looking for from the list on the right. Don't just click the link, right click it, and copy the URL address.
Paste the URL returned into the dialog box from iTunes (eg http://revision3.com/rev3gazette/feed/quicktime-high-definition)
Done. You are now subscribed.

Some of us forget, because we get too automated, and forget how to do things manually!!!

You can probably just drag that link into your iTunes podcast list.
