Subscription issue, contact info?

I have a subscription issue that I want to get in touch with Revision3 about, and I assumed that the following info was correct (as advertised through Paypal):

However, it's been a couple of days now without any response, so I thought I'd see if anyone who has been in a similar situation (or even better working for Revision3) can clarify if that's actually an address that I can expect to get in touch with anyone at eventually.

(As there is absolutely no relevant contact info available at revision3.com, I'm starting to feel a little frustrated.)

Is it just a matter of being patient?Try sending a PM to Chuckles. Explain exactly what your problem is. If he can't fix it himself, he can redirdct the message internally to someone that can.
