Seriously, quit insulting your viewers' intelligence. Why didn't you just call it Techzilla? The techzilla.tv domain name is even available.

You actually spent the time and energy to post his.

Wow.

I actually thought they would have registered that as well. Wouldn't be hard to make Techzilla. When you say, "do you watch tekzilla?" They will assume you mean Tech.

Wait isn't "tech" already slang. Why is your spelling of a made-up name more valid than theirs? Aren't names allowed to break spelling rules. I guess you get really stressed out by "The Beatles." Besides, I don't think "techzilla" works.

Doesn't apply, it's not the same industry- see: Delta airlines or Delta faucets. Non-competing using same name.

also, if your going to complain about Tek, as many seem to want to do, why is no one having a fit about the arbitrary ZILLA?

Dude, I think it's awesome. It brands the show quite well and gives it something easily advertise-able, whenever the show starts to fill the shoes of The Screen Savers.

Now if only they could get Leo back...

The Zilla is the part of the name I don't like. (Hey, I was a Godzilla fan when I was a kid, Mozilla was odd but I didn't mind it, but chatzilla and filezilla and other zillas seemed to over do it....and now we have a new zilla.)

FFS, it's the damn content of the show not the name! Stop bickering and whining, just watch and appreciate the free content!

Another thing, if this really was a "web 2.0" style name, surely it would be tek.zil.la?

With all the whining you'd think they want an emo themed name:

"My technolove left me in a pool of darkness" or something

The TechZilla has been taken. It's a nice softball bat based on the Techfire. Balls fly with them. Respect.

This is why Masher owns you all. Hard.

Well, I've never considered abbreviations to be slang, myself. However, you're right...masherscf did have a point on the spelling.

Damn! I thought this was going to be the place to rant about all that crappy LOLcat spelling and grammar. Tekzilla is a fine name, nothing wrong with it. Would you prefer a dry descriptive name like, "Revision3's Technology Show"

Fucking God Damn Spammers. If you are going to quote a spammer, at least redact the links ... otherwise you are just reinforcing the feedback algorithms that boost page positions in google.
