The show has potential:

What I liked: -Tips and tricks I didn't know such as battery segment and filming video.
-Patrick Norton

What needs work: -Length: It seemed dragged out, over 30 minutes to learn a couple things? Add more humor or technology stuffs and get a co-host that doesn't play so dumb that leads to long conversation. Show me what you're talking about, highlight some points and move on.
-Set: It works, but seems dull for a tech show. Also cramped/small space.
-Content: Would love to see extraordinary gadgetry that is expensive or I wouldn't have thought existed. Reviews for products that I can afford as well. Vudu? Did you get paid to talk about that? I Really don't see why you have Netflix for a sponsor then try to talk about a $300 + $4/movie package. If it were a product I can put HD content I downloaded for free I would be more enthused about it.

I agree with the whole 30 minutes for just a few tips. Needs more contents, but i'll give it a few more episodes. i do like it though.

also, on the note about the netflix sponsor and then talking about vudu; i think every diggnation fan knows that content isn't driven by sponsors. They have the right to do anything they want to on the show.

all good points though. but i'll still be watchin it.

I more that agree on the part about the co-host. Corbin ruined InDigital, now she is going to ruin tekzilla. I normally don't join forums just to bash someone but I feel like I should as least voice my opinion this time. I'm entitled to it, right?

Patrick should not have to work with her.

My only complaint, they didn't go into enough detail about converting the battery into a power source for your notebook and what nots.

My notebook gets about forty minutes of battery life, so that shit would be handy. I'm a crafty lad though, I'm sure I can figure out.

Yeah, I don't think Corbin has good synergy with Norton. Norton was at his best with Leo, where he had great synergy. He was pretty good with Robert at DL.TV too. I think the pattern I've seen with someone who works good with Patrick is someone who is at his level on the topic, but maybe is willing to ask the questions they'd assume viewers might have. There was sort of a "shop talk" entertainment about Patrick's former gigs, including Systm, that was totally absent in Tekzilla, where he seemed to be lecturing more than shop talking, which is not something his style suits very well. Unlike others, I still think Corbin may have a place on Tekzilla, but there definitely has to be someone else who is at Patrick's level there, too.
