Not Bettie Page. I'd guess that footage was shot modernly based on the way the model is moving.

Ok, Cranberries Zombie is a good song, but was killed for me when I was working in pubs in London in 1995. One place I worked had a video jukebox. This meant, I heard whatever singles were being forced on brit ppl on the radio at the time, repeatedly. That means I heard Zombie about 5 times a day. Brit radio was so aggressive. I was at a BBQ/piss-up and the hosts had speakers playing KISSFM radio in the backyard, between 10am and 10pm, I heard Ace Of Base - The Sign, 14 TIMES !!!!!

The redhead ? Even better with quality vid. I felt like she and I worked together practically. We had a bunch of tv screens connected to the video jukebox, and she was a staple image throughout my wild and crazy bartending days. I say wild and crazy, cus I'd never bartended in England before..... also, I had gypsies occassionally. 3 months later, I managed my own pub.

If you track down other Beautiful South songs - she won't be in them all, because the band had another vocalist and other guest vocalists. I thought she would be the singer of them all, but found different men and women singing for the band - fortunately, all the songs are brilliant and I really love The Beautiful South now.

Speaking of Bettie Page - I'm going to watch Gretchen Mols - The Notoroious Bettie Page tonight.

Clarinet, other reed instruments and french horn, are all doing cool stuff in that song, but my fav is the very 'tinkly' piano... sounds like waterfall.
