Crackerjack Gazette reporter Sarah Lane pays the good ol' boys of Infected a visit to find out what exactly goes into making a weekly show, and discovers that all is not well behind the scenes in the Sargent household. Egos, in-fighting, and madness threaten to collapse the Infected empire, and only the Gazette has this exclusive story. The dark and sinister truth will truly surprise you.

I like the fact the show went free. Plus, I was able to stream the HD .mov file in Firefox without any buffer issues, which is a plus.

ok the concept of the show is amazing. although, it should be LONGER! all this excitement gets built up just to see like 10 seconds of awesomeness which makes it so much less awesome.

if this was say, as long as a diggnation episode, it would be really cool. you would attract many more viewers.

wink wink

Hmm, by 10 seconds do you mean 10 minutes? :) But seriously, thanks for wanting more. I am just one small girl with precious little time!

I like the behind-the-scenes concept as well. More would have indeed been great, and although the silliness was kind of funny, I'd have liked to see more about the process of what really goes on behind the scenes for the production of the show. Nonetheless, nice one Sarah. :)

Is Gator really like that? damn. that kid is plum crazy. Kinda like those carnies with the great one-liners that get you to come play their ping-pong ball in the fish tank game. Strange, but funny.

Sarah. You have charisma. But with great power comes great responsibility. Keep fighting crime.
Seriously, your show needs to be a bit longer. If you have other things going on,, so be it. The Internets can be addicting. You have to get off your butt and find that dog. Keep on keepin on.

Looking forward to the next show. :)

I have to admit I was actually kind of disappointed this week... I would have liked to have seen a real behind the scenes ep. Not to say that it wasn't entertaining, but instead just an extra 10 minutes of Infected with the addition of Sarah, of course that is only good, but not when your looking forward to a real behind the scenes deal like previous episodes had been.

Yeah he is like that!! Gator is freaking nutso!! We love him none the less, even when he is muttering incoherently in Chinese.

Gator for President!!

I can undestand everyones want of this show to be longer but seriously if you think about it there really isnt to much Sarah can do to make the show longer is maybe run longer interveiws. Well that or perhaps run outtakes at the end of the show.

Other than that i think she is working best with what she is able to. Its hard to make a longer show without a solid idea behind it. Like the totally rad show is really only about 30-45 minutes grand total but seriously look at how many segements they do for each episode. Or even diggnation they have to read X many stories to make the show as long as they do.

Boy, Martin is a big jerk! But, I liked this episode. I always thought that was a house and not a condo/apartment/whatever.

One thing though. When Sarah is interviewing people, the back and forth between seeing the back of her head and in front of her was a little annoying. I can understand showing her asking the questions, but the back and forth camera shots seemed a bit excessive. And, even though I appreciate the funniness of what Martin was trying to do there, I rather have seen a real behind the scenes and not so much the staged theatrics he was doing in the name of comedy.

Overall though, the R3G is one of my favorite shows on the site. Keep up the good work!

Haha the thing you consider so annoying about the back and forth where you see that back of Sarah's head is actually one of the staples of reporting on the news.

Watch your local news sometime they do the same thing when they interview someone in your town. I mean they even do it on shows like the Colbert Report and the Daily Show. Seriously watch it.

Yeah, I know its common, but I still hate it. I rather have a steady shot than the back and forth. And I really dont need to see the back of Sarah's head anyway. I keep imagining its not really her, but a prop, and that makes me sad.

I don't wanna be sad!

wow, this episode must have taken all day to film because they were all probably laughing their asses off!

Even Sarah was cracking up when Martin was yelling at the trucks.

Funniest and best episode yet!

I think it is not only a news program cliche but also a tongue in cheek reference to that cliche. Likewise with TDS and Colbert.

I actually didn't like the show this week. I didn't think that the guys were as funny as they were trying to be and i thought that it could have been a lot better. Besides, It's supposed to be Behind the scenes at Rev 3! not another sketch that we see as featured on shows posted on Revsion 3. I hope next week is better, i really liked the direction that The Gazette is going...

I can kind of see this show running out of ideas in like 2 months. I mean, there is only so much behind the scenes stuff you can show really. Hopefully, Sarah, the crackerjack reporter she is, will not let the idea tank run dry.

Internets Martin Sargeant is awesome.

And I LOVED his little jab at Jim about cancelling shows. That was ****en epic.

Seems like behind the scenes at Infected are so boring, that they had to make up a sketch version of behind the scenes at Infected.
Hopefully the next show is a real behind the scenes.

What the heck kind of an apartment does Martin have? It looked like they were walking through a laboratory complex or something, and his "apartment" looked like a freaking auto shop with furnishings thrown in it. In my opinion, thats some sweet setup.:D It also explains the audio problems they were having at first.

It looked like some swanky condo/deluxe apartment type setup. I guess Rev3 pays well, cause that cannot be cheap.

picked probably the lamest show to go behind the scenes at. Don't get me wrong. infected is great. Just not the best rev3 has to offer...you could really tell they were stretching it out.

Eh, this could have been the most interesting Rev3 Gazette of all time if they interviewed Martin and Jay seriously about how they did the show and what they thought about infected. But because it was a mock interview, it was just like a mediocre comedy segment. It still was cool to see the apartment where they filmed the show and to see their assistant, though.
