So I know a lot of people use torrent to download TV shows and music (but nothing illegal or anything like that). I haven't stayed with the times as far as this goes and was wondering which programs you use and if there is a site you use to get the links?

µTorrent is a small .exe file that you don't need to install to get working. It's ok, I used to use BitTornado for the longest time, and only changed because I re-formatted.

I just went through this myself about a week ago. The IRC channel was a good resource.

I still say Azereus, just because, well, I hate change.
But as far as sites go, I use mininova.org predominantly. I also tried out btjunkie, and it works great once a day, but you gotta sign up to get more than that.
And the Pirate Bay is WAY overrated.

haha, yeah I still use azeurus too. I use torrent scrape for torrents. It searches pretty much all the major torrent sites.

I use Torrentspy and Isohunt. As for my client I use the classic "Bit Torrent" and ive got version 3.1 or something.
I dont feel the need to upgrade...

Azereus is my main client, but I use the built in BT client in Opera more and more now. The browser is open most of the time anyway, so I might as well use its resoures as opposed to firing up another app.

I use http://www.torrentz.com. It's by far the best search engine...nuff said.
My fav. client is Azureus...haven't tried uTorrent...

hey, anyone else having their packets "shaped" when using torrents?
I'm finding that it doesn't seem to be an issue during the day, only at night. Anyone else get that?

Thanks a lot for torrent scrape, I solely used torrentspy, pirate bay, and mininova, so turned out perfect for me. :D
Also, I'm jumping on the uTorrent bandwagon, it's amazing and has been getting better and better as each version comes out.
