I watched Dexter Today and while the main character was watching a video clip of a reporting of some murder guess who I saw, or atleast think I saw. The reporter was Diane Mizota. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's her.
Check it out. It's in the 3rd episode of season 1 at 5:51. It's not credited on her imdb but there is no credit for the reporter on that episode so that doesn't prove anything..

I didn't see it, but, was she any good? I get the idea it wasn't a big role. But did she play the part well?

It wasn't really a role per say.. She didn't even get credited on imdb.. She just reported the story that Dexter was checking out.. 3min appearance tops.
Funny footnote. I noticed that he used quicktime player to play the video. But the video was just overlayed on top of the quicktime and was a couple of centimeters larger than the quicktime video area so the video covered half of the play/pause buttons. Looked really ugly.

The IMDB is usually slow in picking up TV series credits. The movie facts are much more complete at release time because movies take months to produce instead of weeks.
