Edited: I really should read everything before clicking the post button. Independent B.

No moderate who votes for the person instead of the party? Lame.
That would fall under: Independent, vote for who is best. ...

Hmmmmm, I'm pretty much in between "knee jerk Republican" and "Screw Party politics, vote for who is best". But I usually tend to go Republican. Usually their conservative values are pretty good. I've got to do a little more analyzing, but it's looking that way. I'm gonna be able to register in about 2 1/2 months. So right now, all I can really do is give my opinion.

I am a socially progressive, economically liberal, community oriented, power-to-the-people Democrat.

I would agree if they acted like conservatives, which they tend to not be dong lately. What happened to the party of small government and fiscal responsability?

I know what you mean, but I know too much about politics to just settle for that. I mean, it's only about 2 1/2 months until I can vote, so I kinda consider myself a voting person anyway. (I can also influence others);)

conservatives were bad enough, and then these skull and bones scumbags (http://www.newamericancentury.org/)took over.

Go ahead. Convince me. And remember, I actually vote. You got less than a month to get me not to vote for Hillary.

Hillary!? Are you joking!? Whether your a democrat or a republican, I'm sure the entire human race agrees that she makes rabid rabies ridden wolverines look like kittens next to herself. Besides, she's also the one who wanted to pass a VIDEO GAME TAX!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah...that's a good principle. By the way, I try not to be "jerky" about these things. I state my case and where I stand. Being a conservative doesn't make you perfect, and also, I'm sure there are democrats with good ideas as well. Even though the majority of the time I focus on one side, there are still times when I can agree with the other.

I get the feeling your dislike comes entirely from her actions against games and you have little knowledge of her stances on other issues.

Oh no, I can assure you that's not the case. Besides the whole game thing, she does go against a lot of the things that I believe in. Don't think for a second that I'm some little uneducated video game addict that wants to have a party in the White House because that isn't true. And seriously, she does tend to have a bit of an anger problem.

Umm.. Rush much? What the heck are you talking about? Cause she's a woman and she ennunciates her stance that makes her a "b!tch" with anger issues? But when a sqealling fact-challenged nimrod like Newt raises his voice he's a "strong leader?"
So far you are not doing a good job of convincing me.
Try again.
(And I mentioned Hillary specifically because she is anathema to conservatives, and therefore your biggest challenge.)

My folk? All of those people, if in a higher up position, were appointed by the executive branch, so no, us folk didn't put them there.

Conservatives voted in the cronies that appointed them. It's your executive branch. Should have done a little research first.

Well Democrats and Republicans just have a different stand on things and it would be pretty hard for me to convince you on those grounds. It's like Conservative Values Vs. Liberal Values, it would take a LOT to convince you. For me to convince you would be to take your whole outlook, or most of it, and flip it around, and although I wish I could do that, that's probably not gonna happen any time soon.
I knew right away this thread is going to be a long one. I myself, don't have a strong feeling on a lot of stuff, and sometimes I don't even want to vote, on anything.

I picked Republican on your poll, because generally that is where my vote goes, but it's not automatic by any means. I vote for whomever I agree with the most, and it tends to be those of the Republican party.

Yeah, that's pretty much my view.
