Dan and Jon are having a BBQ and everyone in the L.A. area is invited. The time and place are yet to be determined but it will be on Saturday Nov. 18th in honor of Geekdrome's epic 52nd episode. They will also be announcing the winners of the first annual Dromie awards. We need to supply them with the catagories and nominations. So post your suggestions for the show and your choices, which will then be voted on.

So here's a recap of some suggestions we've heard from the forums and some popular topics from the Drome, a year in review. Jon and Dan can decide what makes the cut, then we'll have somebody set a poll up somewhere to vote. Keep posting or PMing nominations and I'll keep this list updated. We should only have 5 or so nominations for each catagory so be sure to say what's worthy so we can narrow these sucka's down.

I like most of the categories mentioned so far. There could be a "worst" category for them as well. You could also go in depth in a lot of these, like not just Best Comic, but best art, worst storyline, cheesiest dialogue, etc.

Biggest let-down is a good one.

Most over/underrated game/comic/movie.

Most improved...anything. Could be for comics and stuff, but also maybe aspects of the show.

It would be cool if they had some user-choice type awards, could be done by polls.

Most of them are mine because you guys are all deadbeats, but anyways I've gone through the courts and they ordered you to do the rest, which is only about 25%. Best video game: Metroid Prime 2, Mario Kart DS, New Super Mario Bros., Metroid Prime Hunters. I would recommend games from other systems but I only play Nintendo.
