360 Have to Have Games

I just ordered an Xbox 360 from Office Depot's Build-Your-Own deal ($300 for a premium). And I got to thinking, What games should I buy immediately, which should I buy when they drop to the 29.99 price, and what accessories are helpful? (please exclude Halo 3, and Gears of War they're on their way too). Thanks guys.

I'd say orange box. especially if you haven't played a half-life 2 game before.

If Your into Racing DiRT is a must have. not much diferent that any other Codemaster's Colin McRae (http://www.colinmcrae.com/) game, but sure looks good on the 360

If you haven't played Bioshock Get it, its very good not my style of games but was worth my time.

Saints Row was very much like a GTA title but had its good points

Orange Box Looks very good (can't wait till payday!)

I have played many and loved a few but these were my favorites!
