Hi,
This is my first ever post, love the show.
The reason for the post was I was wondering what people thought about having a weekly forum vote on backgrounds submited by fans. So we could see our favourite background on the show.

Just a thought , let us now what you think.
I have attached my backgrounds that I have just emailed in to the show.
fingers crossed.

I have also done an animated version, but can't upload it here (I could zip it)
If anyone wants to see it I will do that.

I like it the way it has been. It keeps people wondering "What RAD background will grace my eyes this episode"

I think that it would be too involved if we had to have polls on what background got used, and then deadlines would have to be set, frustration, torment, and death would ensue. Plus it would just complicate things.


LOL


But I do wish you luck in getting your BG onto the show they are very good!

I don't know, people can always post their background (if they like) in the Photoshop thread I would think.

I like the surprise of seeing what the next background will be as well. But I see no harm in sharing your designs in the forums here. By the way, love the Bioshock backgrounds, nice work! Did you email them in for consideration?

Dude!!! Bro!!! that is awesome!!! Even TRS as Bioshock kinda gives me the Heeby Jeebes... Welcome to the forums as well. I look forward to seeing you and Serenity kinda duke it out with photoshop!!!:p apology: Serenity isn't the only one, but the first to come to mind.

The more photoshop skills there are floating around the better. In fact anyone with new media skills is going to be extremely useful to the guys in the future.

That second one just owned my eyes with its brilliance. If that isn't on next weeks show I'm going to declare marshall law on Steve for crimes against radness.

That's majorly rad! It's amazing what people can do with photoshop. I thought I was decent with it until I started seeing some of the work here!

got itchy fingers, want to do more cool backgrounds or other stuff, but not so good at the thinking up new ideas.

If theres anything people would like to see i would gladly give it a shot.

Kevinsand, that's awesome. I know they mentioned animated backgrounds on the website. Perhaps you could create just a looping dripping logo? Just a subtle animation, so as not to distract too much. It would be the first animated background as far as I know.

OK, so the TRS guys have just requested a looped version of the animated logo, sounds promising.

Going to start a thread regarding the request for internet banner ads,
so if anyone has any good ideas the fans could work together (ideas people + arty people + techi people = killer ads)
