Hey everyone. I recently obtained 3 TrangoBroadband 900 mhz wireless antennas from a school auction. They are model M900S-SU from the Access900 line. They can be seen on Trango's website here (http://trangobroadband.com/store/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=M900S-SU), the product line's website is here (http://trangobroadband.com/wireless_products/m900s.shtml).

So I've got three of those antennas, but I'm a dunce when it comes to long range wireless. I'm afraid there's nothing I can do with these without the access point unit, which is over a thousand dollars. But you guys may know something cool that could be done with these. I'd love to hear anyone's ideas--or if there's not much than can be done just let me know and I'll try to sell them :-)

Do you have the actual device or just external antennas?

I have three of these (http://trangobroadband.com/store/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=M900S-SU)devices, it's a subscriber unit with a built-in antenna, plus a port for an optional external antenna.

Ah. So you are missing the "main AP" so to speak. Not familiar with those devices. You might be able to hack them for P2P or adhoc networking but I doubt it. You might be better off selling them unless you enjoy opening devices and messing with them.
