Google freeware gif animator maybe... i use Animation Shop Pro by Jasc software.

How are you trying to do it? what steps did you take? Post a screenshot of what you have in PS so far

Well... I got to Imageready and go to open and them the video file.

Alright I got it now the video file has to be a MPEG.

photoshop and image ready are all you need man i can give you a couple links on where to find them if you are intrested.

Let me say my opinion too...

Ok I use special prog for conversion avi and others video files to gif. It works nice and doesn't need tutorial to know how it works... ;)

I found this soft on geovid. com and it calls "video avatar". Actually it's not for free (40 bucks). First I doubted to buy or not to buy! ;)
But I've talked to people in forum. I've ceased to doubt and have bought. And I don't regret about my choice.
