Well I was trying to sell my PSP on eBay and after the auction ended, the winner paid, I deposited the money into my bank, then I got an e-mail from eBay saying that I can't sell a PSP with downloaded games on it. What's weird is that the money was still transfered into my bank account and it's been there for over a week. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to refund his money?

The buyer paid through Paypal, I presume? No one can take the money out of your bank account. You can either refund the money yourself or just send the PSP. May as well send it.

Normally, it takes 4-5 business days to transfer money from Paypal to a bank account.

Well I have no intentions of ripping this guy off, but I don't want the situation of refunding the money myself and then a few days later, PayPal refunds it again. What should I do?

There's more to this situation. I contacted the buyer after I got the e-mail from eBay and he was still interested in buying it w/o any games included. So yeah, he paid me again and I sent him the PSP. I've tried contacting him about this situation, but haven't received a response.

It was through PayPal and it is and has been in my bank account for over a week. I did the withdrawal method on my PayPal account after I received the payment.

Then you're fine. Just send the system. Paypal can't take money out of your account without a court order, and they won't do that. You didn't break the law. Just send it and go on your merry way.
