Hi

Are there any plans on implementing a rating system for the reviews on the podcast? Sometimes it's a teeny bit vague on just how much you like/dislike something. Maybe a "Rad-om-eter" with 3 out of 5 explosions?

Also, will you be breaking out the show into more bite-sized segments for download? No matter how hard I try, I just can't get into Comics, so I usually skip past that segment anyway. Maybe I'm alone, maybe not.

Cheers! - Cliff

Splitting up the segments is too much of a PITA. I'm not a comic fan either but one show is better then picking and choosing which segments to watch/listen to. Also, I might miss something in the comics section I might be interested in.

Ratings suck. I think people look to ratings more then the reason for the ratings. This show is more about the opinions of 4 dudes so rating the movies might not work out too well. I could but i just don't think so.

Who's the 4th dude?

Who's the 4th dude?

Steve. Not on camera but the quintessential Steveness is necessary to make TRS rad.

Splitting the show into different downloadable segments sounds like an awful way to screw up priorities...

Yes, split segments would be a waste of effort.

Also I do believe numerical ratings are just one of those things all reviewers should give up. A few sentences to sum up thoughts is a much better way to express what a reviewer thinks of the content in question. Too many 7's and 8's are given out and rarely anything low.

I agree with the sentiments that numerical values are pointless. Many of the reviews are nuanced and that nuance cannot be quantified. Even reviewers who assign "stars" admit a sliding scale. If you watch the segment, it's pretty clear if the opinions are favorable or not. "Stars" are not required.
