The writers strike is something you can't miss living in LA, picketers are all over studio lots. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an end in sight, which means shows like Heroes, Lost, and Scrubs may not get to finish the season. Heroes only has 11 shows in the can, Lost has 8, and in Scrubs, final season, we may never get to see how it ends.

And now one of the first casualty's, show to completely stop production, is the Office.

I just think this really sucks. No matter where you stand on the issue, not having any new shows blows. [I rhymed]

Since I have never seen any of the shows you mentioned it really doesn't bother me. (I tend to watch A&E, Discovery, History Channel and some podcasts.)

I do think it is bad form for the producers not to be willing to share the wealth. They want to get paid if we buy the show on-line, why shouldn't the people who wrote the show get their cut?
