For me it would either have to be Ice Cap Zone Acts 1 and 2 in Sonic 3 or Emerald Coast in Sonic Adventure. (Doesn't the sun, ocean, etc. just look awesome in Emerald Coast!? :D)

I used to love the snow level in Soul Reaver (1 or 2 - can't quite remember which!) And when I played Beyond Good & Evil I just loved the feel of the place - especially when I was in the hovercraft and those dolphin-like-fish would jump over the hovercraft!

Yeah, that would be cool. Also the Shire or Rivendell from Lord of the Rings Online would be pretty sweet.

Although I guess technically they're originally from the book trilogy. Then I guess I would say the elf city of Duillond was pretty cool & I don't remember it being mentioned in the books.
