So, I have got to ask, if someone were to resurrect the TRS Book Club, how many would (re)join?

***BUMP***
Figured I would bump this to prevent it from falling into the void.

I wish they'd do a book segment on the show from time to time. They seemed like they were gonna but nothing ever came of it.

I liked how the one they did, was like the comic section, where it was an older, awsome book that most of the guys were reading for the first time.

Did the book club ever work out? It just always seemed like a survey that just kept going and going and going and going...

In case the TRS Book Club doesn't return, Tom Merritt and Veronica Belmont have started an online sci-fi/fantasy book club over at http://swordandlaser.com/ with the discussion happening on ning.com. The first book was The Golden Compass and the second is Ender's Game. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I would love for the book club to return, but it would be nice if there was actually discussion about the books instead of just a bunch of people arguing over which books should be included in the next month.

I think there should be two seperate threads, one for voting for books in the upcoming month, and one for discussing the book from the previous month.

Feel free to organise a book club amongst yourselves, but it's not something I particularly want to see the guys discussing on the show unless it's in relation to a movie adaptation.

I've set a goal for myself to read at least 1 book a week (excluding comic books) and instead of joining some lame book club, I'd rather discuss some Rad books here with you fine folk. So I would love to see more of regarding books, even if it's a bi-monthly thing.
